June in the Yoga Room

We had a strong month with an awesome & inspiring class full of students with good energy & enthusiastic hearts!! 

I'm beyond thrilled. I love to teach, I love to learn and I love to give the gift of yoga..and I love to practice with others! 

As a teacher, I am learning something new all the time from my students, my evolving practice and the infinate wisdom of yoga living. 

July will be even more dynamic! I'll have the July schedule along with sweet deals posted here in just a few days!
