Summer Yoga Series

I'll be offering a summer yoga series package with details available next week. 

Students, it's summer time and everyone is busy headed off into different directions ...
The sun is finally back, the weather is nice and there's a lot going on! Think  about your June yoga needs and availability and let me know before Monday next week what days and times in June work best for you. My time to teach in the summer months are limited and I'm trying to make a schedule that works for most.

I'm drawing up the yoga class schedule for June now.

And remember, I offer private sessions in the yoga room / 60-90 min sessions for just $55/per session. You get my undivided attention, learning the breathing techniques while I guide you through the asanas..(postures) ..

So if you can't make a class and want to get your practice started, don't hesitate to contact me to set up a session.
